If you are a holder of AFGHA and you vote for liquidation you are pretty much guaranteeing NO RETURN.
In the event of a liquidation other unsecured holders are likely to get something.
We would be much better off holding out for an alternative that pays something for our compliance (DOCA).
VOTE AGAINST LIQUIDATION.
