    a capital return is no different than a normal disribution in that one can only be made when the MPIF distribution for the previous 12 month period has been topped up ( at a cost of $2.3 million a pop!).

    A 2cents distribution by BAO would be circa $16 million, which is not enough to justify coughing up $2.3 million.

    Better to wait until a much larger amount of cash is available, say $40-$50 million or 5 -6 cents per BAO unit.
