what bid? we haven’t see f all bid (unless you are Canaccord?) that’s a big issue
hopefully the courts did and it’s fair and or ‘significant’ to all ‘members’ including shareholders (what ever that means because we as members haven’t seen f all)
why the courts made such a hasty decision I’ll never know
what was the judges decision to justify liquidation. Sounds like trust in judgement (nice to know because that judgement was perfect the last time)
