You are right as hell. Min Res will have to look after their own interest and not that of Alita's shareholders, and why should they? They are not a charitable organization or Robin Hood. Similarly, should there be other bidders for Alita, they will bid what is good for their organization and not what is fair or right for shareholders and certainly not because they took pity on us. even if we think that Min Res bid is grossly unfair, there is little that we can do to counteract, unless you can amass a huge number of shares and have the financial muscle to go fight out the case in court. Who says Life is Fair?
