Don't need to second guess, just look at what Austroid and Cannaccord are doing. Both supported the MinRes deal after changes to the implementation agreement on the 26th Sept, 1 day before the court hearing. Do you think they will accept the MinRes deal if its $400m? They have been fighting the court case for a long time. If you think they wouldn't accept the deal for $400m, then you just answered your own question. I don't know how much MinRes paid but I reckon it wouldn't be a low ball offer from MinRes.
