Not too hard to cut a deal with Austroid: MinRes can simply agree to extend the current offtake contract a bit longer to make Austroid happy and shut, making it appears all shareholders are paid equally (low), but some kick back to Austroid under the table.
What I don't understand is why, Canaccord all of a sudden became quiet? what about their $1.5b theory?
seems MinRes also cut deal with Canaccord, but how?
