    the honorable Justice Hill has totally misplaced her trusts in the commercial judgment of the liquidators.

    How can the liquidators

    (1) reappoint Deloittes to do the IER when Deloittes has a damaged reputation after 1MDB.
    Another more qualified professional mining expert should be appointed.

    (2) agree to pay unpaid taxes to the authorities when it is clear that the offtake agreement meant underpriced lithium being exported to China. Austroid must bear all taxes due. To let them get away is a failure in fiduciary duties to shareholders.
