Not sure it is about Company Tax as it is unlikely to be profitable selling Spod at those rates. More likely also that the AU Govt would like to get their hands on royalties it didnt receive due to the low price spod. Royalties most likely 3 times higher if sold at spot price. AU Govt would have to prove they were underselling to avoid the royalty IMO.
