What I dont get is that we were told the min payment is $0.033 per share as per announcement 1st Nov.
The same announcement says that the IER would be complete and finalised within a week.

So why not wait until the IER was a known quantity before making announcement? Get the number, do all the calcs and let us know the length of the shaft that we are about to recieve.
We have been languishing for 4 years, another week wasnt going to make a difference.

Of course my feeling is that by paying the Minimum payment they have now been able to transfer all the shares before the extent of the shafting was known to all, shareholders, competitors, observers

Now when the extent of shafting is made clear, next week, no one is able to take any action, e.g injunction to stop the transfer becuase they already own it all.
