it's very misleading that min res release a statement saying that the 'other parties' aren't acting in the interest of shareholders and then do this. Also, that a supreme court judge promising that there will be a significant return to shareholders. Instead we get a non-material, insignificant result and min res acting against the interest of shareholders. All lies.
Disgusting.
