    Strange. If Chris Ellison was backing the Alita directors in this legal action, then surely he must have had a good idea of what the outstanding tax bill amount was, to begin with.

    Baffled by this legal action as the only assets Alita has at this time is approximately $90M. Are there any assets or income that we are not aware of?
