Well to me if the ATO have come up with this tax bill that means they know how much Austroid and the Administrator who is supposed to be the overseer of the operations were making and as us shareholders had no input or access to the financial details I would of thought the Administrator was liable to the tax bill or Austroid as they were the ones with the offtake deal. I would of thought that you only have to pay tax if you’re making a profit and it would be interesting to know how the Administrator was involved with all the sales contracts. The spotlight should be well and truly on the Administrator.Imo.
