AKE made some comments yesterday about their Bald Hill tenements...

AKE made some comments yesterday about their Bald Hill tenements (merger vote now over). Those tenements are still registered in Geoviw as Lithco No2 as the owner.

Is it possible that there is going to be legality issues of tenement transfers whilst Liatam was operating Baldhill these past 4 years. If yes, then launching any legal action would be probably have more strength from the original owner of the tenements ie Alita Resources?

I suspect there is more to this push of keeping Alita Resources alive than just access to the remaining $100M. - just saying.
