the more i consider the details the more i think Alita should remain in liquidation. As shareholders we are going to get almost no return so i think it is more important that the liquidator be able to fully expose the players and their actions in getting us to the current situation. Even if there is no sanctions on these players it will make a great case study in how the ASX,ACCC etc failed completely in protecting shareholders.
