All just semantics really. It will only affect how much MIN ultimately pays for Alita. It's all just rich pr!cks games and of no real consequence to the average holder who has been shafted twice now.
The only benefit of keeping the liquidator in place is to maybe make some people sweat a little. It's all over for us, not worth the popcorn imo
