You guys may be on to something here. Remembering that Chris’ attempt to become A40 director means that he is accountable to act in shareholders best interests: A40 has no current ownership in BH (BH 100% MIN ownership atm) but our assets are $100m in cash (as per Chris in article 19th Dec) and there are $330m in tax losses (kudos to mikeFq) as per MIN webinar, tied up in A40 only, NOT IN THE BH ASSET .

Some kind of corporate manoeuvring / accounting could take place to benefit MIN / A40 as currently MIN has guaranteed the losses of BH

What’s the plan CHRIS, oh future accountable director of A40 ??

CE wanted to be director of Alita Resources( a shell company now ) becos the company has $100 million in the bank and tax credit to offset of $300 million plus.. he is doing it for himself or MINRES… I wanted to know from the directors of ALITA …what is in it for us shareholders ?Please let us have your intent before we VOTE! Imho.
