Agreed, shareholders must get some recompense if we are to vote for CE becoming a director of Alita.
Clearly the $100 cash & $300M+ tax losses in Alita must be of interest to MIN, so getting control of Alita is the game.
As a MIN SH i could benefit from this, but as an Alita shareholder i would prefer the liquidator push on with their investigating the wrong doings.
