I would have preferred the shareholders meeting to have gone ahead. It would have been great having all of us shafted shareholders together in a room. But that wouldn't have been good for the liquidators or the 2 directors.

Anyway, let's see what communication/spiel we receive from both parties as to the pros and cons of each proposal

Maybe, just maybe if shareholders of Alita can unite as a group …our shareholding would be much bigger than MINRES 9.9%.
we can then appoint a proxy as director of Alita.We would have a “voice”and not be ignored.Not impossible, right? Imo
