    I am a MIN shareholder. So i should vote FOR to reduce any tax amounts that MIN has to pay.

    On the other hand i have a long pole sticking out of my arse from being an Alita shareholder and i suspect i will get NOTHING NADA ZILCH either way, thus i should vote AGAINST.

    Lets wait to see what comes out of the 29/2 court hearing,maybe not much but then i will vote.
