    Point 2 - clearly says that MinRes is 'obliged to procure the amount from Lithco & Tawana'. (ie 100% of the tax)

    So keep liquidators and MinRes pays 100%
    remove liquidators and MinRes pay 50% with the remaining 50% to come out of our 100m

    Why isn't that case closed? How can there be any further discussions!
