why would Chris Ellison care?
It's the $1B there for Austroid and we poor shareholders to split, doesn't worry him who got how much, as long as he secured BH.
I am still thinking one the 10+ offers KM mentioned (such as Glencore' $1.8b offer) could be a better outcome for shareholders.
