Hi Un1, that sounds like a reasonable approach to me. The current proceedings will be based on legal argument on correct process, ie can DOCA be effectuated, has it lapsed etc and then if so what is the next process, who is in control of it etc. Don't think us shareholders grievances on what's happened in the past will get much consideration. About all we can hope for is around due process to selling assets in liquidation or otherwise at fair market value.
But let's hope offers keep rolling in and with 47 lawyers scrutinizing things maybe there is a remote chance we get fair process if we don't get drowned in the legal quagmire.
