    what is the consideration being offered by Buyer/
    it is all too easy for Receiver to want a "all Cash Offer"
    Why the mad rush, when it may be less than the best

    So
    provide the Buyer adequate time to offer better price, or raise additional cash funds.
    What is in the best interest of the shareholders - is this not the interest of the Receiver

    Get the best value. Shareholders do not mind
    > Cash -- Tranche 1; then Tranche 2; or
    > Cash plus shares of the Buyer entity

    Please Get the BEST value
