At the end of the day, the court will have to decide whether to vindicate the many shareholders who have sunk in much of their hard earned $$ to invest in what ought to be (and still is, I believe) a great and promising company owning some of the best lithium producing mines. Or to enrich a few crooks and corporate manoeuvrers. I would like to believe that justice is up at Baldhill (Pun intended).
