ALBs bid on Liontown at $3 a share looks like a price of (LT) $1900 a ton SC6. That's significantly higher than $1200. While many might this ALB is overpaying its still be subject to Gina making the aggressive move of taking a blocking stake in LTR yesterday.

ALB and Gina both appear to be betting a much higher LT SC6 price. Maybe the synergies in the Goldfields have a much greater multi revenue capability as well.

Either way 1 billion for Baldhill appears to be under fair value.

I priced in MIN at between 21 to 27 cents the other day. But Im now guessing the MIN offer in a higher range of 21c low 41c high a share returned to SH ( after creditors paid).
