    why is it confidential,?
    besides it being .. "low"

    methinks
    the Liquidator needs to have a base price; if the DoA is expired,
    Liquidator MUST have the option... a binding buyer.
    so the MIN bid
    if NO other bid, MIN shall take
    BUT
    if there are bids... then MIN shall join, must offer better than his "Option".
