Glass half full says that big chris doesnt want to drag out further lawsuits and close the deal for good. . Only way to do that is to appease Austroid, Cannacord (and to a much lesser extent shareholder class action potential). I cant see Aust/Canna agreeing to a low ball unless cornered.
He knows hell pay this back in a year or two printing money - and with his plans down there 2 years is nothing.
