Now that the Parent Doca will be terminated and McGrathnicol has been appointed the liquidator, we can only pray and hope that the MinRes offer is decent enough for shareholders.
I am still puzzled why the courts/ASIC had allowed MGN to work exclusively with 1 party. Am still not satisfied that the full transparent open bidding process is not being carried out.
