Depends on proceedings. Is anyone going to challenge MIN's offer in any way? While there's text in the form of an exclusivity deal to be kept confidential, any superior offer would raise eyebrows, especially if ignored.
I don't think MIN want to drag it out, if there's no challenges it could be days to weeks.. Maybe even this week.
MIN have been looking for a while and know what they want. The only question is, will they get what they want?
And more importantly, will we?
