The Court order is pretty clear, as is the DA'sSGX Ann, that the Sharesale to Min will be executed shortly. Nothing about bidding etc is noted anywhere. There never has been, except for the SGX Announcement denying a Glencore bid was every received.
Unless SGX cause some issue, for the SGX holders, I can't see this sharesale to MIN being derailed. Even if they do cause an issue the Court has already greenlighted the Sharesale here.
