    How can a company rack up $200m+ debt (what appears to have been done illegally) then request a claim over it in liquidation and sale proceeds

    highly bizarre if they are treated favourably as creditors

    no debt should be paid to Austroid, they should receive the same value per share that every other shareholder may or may not receive

    will the WA State gov unpaid tax royalties be included as creditors

    I bet the list of creditors is growing dramatically out of thin air leaving remaining shareholders possibly with the bottom of barrel dregs
