Canaccord (a significant shareholder) did not oppose the orders which seem to suggest they are in favour of the Implementation Agreement? Maybe it's close to their $1.54 billion valuation which they filed as evidence in their initial proceedings? Anyway it sounds like we will finally get something from this saga.
