Yup, we know that Cannacord's quote of $1.5b which has been made public.
The fact that Cannacord is not opposing the MinRes's deal would mean that the price could be at or around that valuation.
Perhaps we can take the $1.5b figure. Less the $180m for repayment of debt to Austroid, we have $1.32b left. And then some for liquidator/lawyer/admin fees - don;t know how much, est $20m, the balance maybe around $1.3b. Divide that by 1.48b shares, we will get about $0.87 per share. Possible?
