Hi EV100x, if valuation of Baldhill is just based on today's spod price and the known mineral reserve and life of the mines, the anyone would be able to produce the Evaluation Report.
I am not in line but certainly sure there's more criteria to consider, some of which has been mentioned here before, like the fact that Baldhill is in operations, infrastructure has been built (and enhanced?), potential exploration to be done, operational profitability . etc, etc.

Still hoping.....
