Remembering that Chris’ attempt to become A40 director means that he is accountable to act in shareholders best interests: A40 has no current ownership in BH (BH 100% MIN ownership atm) but our assets are $100m in cash (as per Chris in article 19th Dec) and there are $330m in tax losses (kudos to mikeFq) as per MIN webinar, tied up in A40 only, NOT IN THE BH ASSET .
Some kind of corporate manoeuvring / accounting could take place to benefit MIN / A40 as currently MIN has guaranteed the losses of BH
