CE can make a fair value offer to purchase our shares off market.
I would have preferred the shareholders meeting to have gone ahead. It would have been great having all of us shafted shareholders together in a room. But that wouldn't have been good for the liquidators or the 2 directors.
Anyway, let's see what communication/spiel we receive from both parties as to the pros and cons of each proposal
