So MinRes offering to pay 50% of the fake ATO debt (for year end accounts that haven’t even been lodged yet) that will be challenged and likely be massively reduced.

the money left for shareholders under than scenario is so minimal I am voting to roll the dice and keep the liquidators running the company. Let them at least try to get MinRes to pay 100% of the tax bill.

I am sure MinRes will find another way to get out of paying but there’s really nothing for us to lose.
