The Judge had made order to terminated the Liquidators(MGN)and hand over Alita Resources to the BODs....stay tune for more information/announcement.
Understand there are three more BODs appointed by the judge. The three directors are :1)Mr Norman Ashton, 2)Mr Roderick Sutton and 3) Mr Chris Ellison.
