Here it comes...
Looks like Min Commodities will perform an entitlement offer to fund the Bald Hill Purchase. If they were smart they would open this up to current A40 Holders to be eligible to buy into MIN and loose less, for those of us (maybe all, maybe none) that end up losing out of this.
