The judge said she ruled a 'minimum payment to shareholders'.....so even with another EIR the sale price from MIN has been agreed to by Cannacord...less of course lawyers fees ...payout to Astroid etc ....
I still reckon we'll surely have 10 or 20 cents a share left over or us....
I accumulated 347,500 shares over 3-5 years ...... when Alinta suspended was .very very depressing at the time as encouraged family to get on board etc....
10--20 cents is a bonus xmas present.......imo
