    The directors/group are trying to win over MIN or stop them from opposing the action by appointing Chris E as a director of Alita.

    The question is if Chris E is part of this action or not. Seems unlikely as he obtained ownership of the mine in any case already unless he wished to make more money by relisting it himself.
