Thanks for the update...this now will give time for many other offers to be presented, MiNre's hope to sneak in a confidential offer and steal the deal has not worked today...also very telling that they quickly changed the leaked news of their $1bil+ offer down to several hundred mil or less, they obviously don't want other bidders knowing how much they are bidding and hoping by lowering their advertised (leaked) bid that other bidders will offer below 1 Bil and they MiN will walk away with the buy...I would also think that other bidders will now CC their bid the Court also, just to make sure it will not get lost in the DA's inbox.
