liquidation is a better option for us, page-11

    Moosey,

So being a realist means "It's pretty obvious that you are in cahoots with the US faction who want us to vote this thing up", does not add a lot of creditability to your arguments.

Also as for where you say "the technology is great, you know that,we know that, why else would you be carping here for us to vote yes to virtually give the tech away?" Again the world is littered with technology that someone considered great but had no commercial value. Clearly you misunderstand the situation as I am not arguing for the technology to be given away, that is you. Your rationale that anyone should get it in a liquidation rather than the Americans. You do realise that any offer the liquidator is given he accepts and the technology is gone. He is under no obligation to get what the secured creditor thinks it is worth, and least of all what you think it is worth. You also accept that, if the impossible were to be achieved, ASOF will get all their money back, so given I would think that is their preferred option anyway, how are they hurt? Likewise you are also prepared to accept that it could be sold for the $100k originally offered. So it is clear you are pushing an option of giving it away not me.

Please do not wrongly accuse me of something I am not doing. I have been saying that I don't believe the value of the technology to be any near your levels. I have argued all along that we are best to let the company survive and see where it takes us as there has to be more upside then in your personal vendetta stance.
