I spoke to one of the directors a few weeks ago and put the takeover scenario to him - he said ASOF could have taken the lot through the admin period (not sure whether I believed him but he may have been right)anyway so the takeover theory made little sense - but I got the feeling he knew he was talking to a minority (back in your box sonny)
The only scenario we do not seem to have covered is if the company and its rump of minorities is worth more as a trading concern to ASOF than simply taking over the entity during the admin period - had they taken the company holus bolus presumably they could not simply relist on the ASX without a fair bit of mucking around.
