    Moosey,

The fact that they made nothing is the very reason that they are worth very little/nothing. You seem very quick to attribute the failure of MST, it's products and it's management to everybody else rather than where in fact the fault may have lay. Who exactly did not want MST to survive and not get one cent? Also is MST the only company that may have had it's technology suppressed by another country in which to protect it's own corporates? Maybe Australia could be guilty of the same thing, expecting transparency may have let you down.

If you read the annual report and other documentation you will see how and why MST inc was formed and held. It was purely so that MST could deal with the American entities. The fact, as sad as it may be is, that the majority of MST income came from MST inc and it's sources. Given that all the funds raised have come via MST Ltd please indicate how the Americans staved it of funds.

I am also interested for you to explain to those of us who you claim are stupid, how they (whoever they might be) concocted those BS equity loans. Given that these BS, as you call them, equity loans have been used by many companies both here in Australia and overseas, for many years long before MST and will be for many years to come. They are in fact an accepted, and common form of funding, they are used to attract investors who are looking for a yield who may not buy shares in a higher risk company. Why therefore are they only BS for MST? You must be aware also that the first of these BS equity loans were in fact from a Singaporean fund manager, associated with one of the former directors. Did it only BS after "those snakes" the Americans became involved.

You also say "it has been a complete sham and most metalstorm holders here in Oz know this, they are not that stupid, so don't tell us how to suck eggs." I suspect that it has only become a sham given the Company has fallen over and you as a shareholder, who would have agreed to these equity loans in the first place, has now been or will be diluted. One could say corporate reality has set in and you don't like it.
