Just thinking about how this will finally play out. It will be three years this November that they were suspended. As I understand - providing they somehow manage to cling on for the rest of the year - presumably they will be wound up/liquidated once the third anniversary arrives?

Also, no word on the outcome of the stat demand by MB? He has three months to commence winding up actions.
