It has become clearer that debt levels are higher than portrayed and property values are over-stated. It is clear that they at the very least will sell a number of properties. The question if this is the case, is how much and how will this affect their revenues.
As to over-reaching to 42c. Well obviously that was panic. It is an amazing phenomenon that we call human nature.
