    You're looking at history, not the future. Forget the balance sheet in August. Alot has transpired since then. It has become clearer that debt levels are higher than portrayed and property values are over-stated. It is clear that they at the very least will sell a number of properties. The question if this is the case, is how much and how will this affect their revenues.

    As to over-reaching to 42c. Well obviously that was panic. It is an amazing phenomenon that we call human nature.
