I dont believe you are hallucinating,but my take on the meeting coming up is to definitly be voting YES!!! Get on with it and pray that they can raise the 1.9million in order for the company to exist.Stantons quote our existing 82 million shares have a nil value without a recapilisation.With a recapilisation our shares net value would be worth from 30 cents upwards they say??even if you multiply x 0.01 cents x 372 million this is $3,720,000.00.Not sure how they get any where near 30 cents??This is based on the shares on issue numbering 372.5 million and cash on hand of $ 1,121,500.00 plus the Northhampton Tenement valued at $ 260,000.00 Total company value after crediters paid in full at $1,381,500.00 The new directers holding approx 77.83% of the shares on issue.We dont have to many choices i believe and i for one would like to see some of my hard earned cash returned to its rightful owner!!!
