Regards how Stantons are, valueing the shares if all the resolutions are passed .They issue 190 million new shares at 1 cent/share =$1,9 milion of new capital,how does that make our 82million shares 30 cents eachplus,i must be missing somthing big here,anyway the meeting is FEB 28 in Perth and i am in NZ so will not attend,i believe Prospect Resouces Ltd should be given a start.
