Just a thought,

If it was going into administration, don't you think they will stop PEN mining & stop spending money.

They must be busy trying to find buyers for Vanmag and may be planning restructure of assets, like sell some which they can't manage without JV or raising money, forget Columbian dream etc.

Raising money is out of question now as SP is so low that if they raise 15mil , they will lose conrol of the company. Which may be good for us but they may not like to give away control of company. They are mostly going to lose control of NKP. I wish some investor invests at 10-20 cents and takes control of Conti.

There are lots of options but I don't see administration at this point.
